Taizhou Huangyan Guangchao Mould Co., Ltd is a professor in making automotive lamp moulds and other automotive plastic parts moulds. The factory is located in coastal industrial city called Huangyan, which is famous as Moulds Town of China. The factory is of convenient traffic with Yong-tai-wen highway nearby, 15km from Huangyan airport, and 18km from Jiaojiang Port.

Early from the establishment, we have insisted on the principles " guided by new technology,live on quality, seek for development by fame". In design, research, manufacture and service, we have set up perfect quality ensurance system. We passed ISO 9001:2000 in 2002.

To ensure mould quality, we have introduced CAD/CAM/CAE software and  also do simulation analysis for good design. We have employed professor to train our designers. High precision processing machines like CNC milling machines, electric pulses and wire cutting machines.

Guangchao has 20 years history in mould making, and has made more than 20 thousand moulds until now. We have accumulated rich experience in mould making. We have also trained many mould workers who are now  working in mould industry all around China.

All lamp moulds we have made until now are mainly for the supply of first class products manufacturers. The lamp moulds include  tail moulds for Honda, front lamp for Shenlong Fukang,front lamp and fog lamp of Beijing Geep, whole set of lamps for Nanjing Fiat. We have got feedback from these customers that all the moulds are very good.
